1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include SDKs, pixels, local storage, mobile advertising identifiers, device identifiers, app instance identifiers, tags, scripts, and analytics tools.
In mobile apps, tracking and storage often happens through SDKs and device identifiers rather than traditional browser cookies.
These technologies may allow us or our partners to:
- remember your settings;
- keep you logged in;
- operate security features;
- measure app performance;
- understand how users interact with the Services;
- detect crashes and bugs;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- deliver advertisements;
- measure advertisement performance;
- provide rewarded advertisements;
- personalize ads where permitted;
- store or access information on your device where permitted.
2. WHY DO WE USE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, improve, measure, and monetize the Services.
We may use them for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary functions — to operate the Services, maintain login sessions, remember privacy choices, secure accounts, process purchases, prevent fraud, and provide core app functionality.
- Preferences — to remember settings such as language, region, cookie choices, account preferences, and interface preferences.
- Analytics and performance — to understand how users use the Services, measure feature performance, detect crashes, fix bugs, improve gameplay, and optimize user experience.
- Advertising and monetization — to display ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, cap frequency, attribute installs, and personalize ads where permitted.
- Rewarded advertisements — to verify whether you watched or interacted with an ad and to credit your account with in-game rewards.
- Security and fraud prevention — to detect abuse, cheating, duplicate accounts, smurfing, ban evasion, suspicious activity, and technical misuse.
3. TYPES OF TECHNOLOGIES WE USE
Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies are required for the Services to work properly. They may be used for:
- account login and authentication;
- security;

Because these technologies are necessary, they may not be optional.
Preference technologies
These technologies help remember choices you make, such as:
- language;
- country or region;

- performance logs;
- gameplay events;
- purchase events;
- approximate location;
- country or region;
- app install source;
- diagnostic data.
Advertising and measurement technologies
These technologies help us display, measure, and improve advertising. They may collect or use:
- advertising identifiers;
- app instance identifiers;
- device identifiers;
- IP address;
- approximate location;
- ad impressions;
- ad clicks;
- ad completion events;
- rewarded ad events;
- frequency capping data;

Rewarded advertising technologies
Mog Battles may offer rewarded advertisements. This means you may choose to watch or interact with an advertisement in exchange for in-game rewards, such as virtual currency, boosts, items, gems, cosmetics, or other benefits.
Rewarded advertising technologies may be used to:
- show a rewarded ad;
- confirm ad completion;
- prevent reward abuse;
- measure ad performance;
- credit your account with the reward;
- detect invalid traffic or fraud.
Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily remove rewarded advertisements. You may still see contextual ads, non-personalized ads, rewarded ads, house ads, service messages, or promotions.

Advertising and analytics technologies are handled under this Cookie Policy and our cookie/ad consent settings.
11. DO WE SELL OR SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We do not sell personal information for money.
However, some privacy laws define certain advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising activities as “sharing” or “sale.” Where applicable, our use of advertising identifiers, device data, app activity, analytics events, ad events, approximate location, or advertising-related inferences may be considered “sharing” or “sale.”
We do not sell or share facial images, facial-recognition embeddings, or facial anthropometric metrics for targeted advertising.
